All straight-sided Apollo pots and pans have a seven-layer base utilizing a 5mm pure aluminum core for conducting heat quickly and evenly to the stainless steel cooking surface. The outside three stainless steel Triplinduc® layers include a magnetic middle layer of stainless to ensure that the pan can be used on induction cooktops. The thick 18/10 stainless steel sides and snugly fitting lid keeps heat inside the pot or pan. |
