Demeyere Sirocco Cookware
Designed by Koen de Winter, an industrial designer whose work is exhibited in the famous MoMA in New York City, our stainless steel Demeyere Sirocco cookware line combines beauty and technology to create an exceptional cookware line for discerning gourmet cooks.
Demeyere Sirocco meets the demanding needs of the professional kitchen, where the chef requires complete control of the cooking process and the proper transfer of heat to the food. To achieve highest possible performance, Demeyere utilizes 7-ply materials, adapted to each particular piece. For straight-sided pots and pans, Demeyere utilizes its InductoSeal technology that combines seven layers of stainless steel and a copper core hermetically sealed base. For cooking methods requiring heat distribution to the base and the sides of the pan, Demeyere relies on its unique 7-PlyMaterial construction of stainless steel layers around an aluminum core throughout the pan.
The Sirocco handles are welded and constructed in thick cast stainless steel for hygiene, comfort and handling ease while remaining cool on the stovetop. The heavy stainless steel lids fit inside the inner rim of the cooking vessels to provide a tight seal for retaining steam and flavor inside the pan, making waterless cooking or fat-free cooking possible.
Demeyere Sirocco Cookware features the deep and warm, high-gloss Brinox finish. Sirocco is extremely durable thanks to its heavy 18/10 stainless steel construction and is backed by a 30-year warranty. Demeyere Sirocco cookware can be used on all cooking surfaces, including induction. It also is ovenproof and dishwasher safe.
